Yes, we build a perspective that we think is good and does not cause anxiety and emotions. For example when we see or are in a bad condition, such as being cheated or hurt by someone we trust, or seeing bullying behavior that is currently rife in our environment and in the mass media, both electronic and print. Hold our breath and say in our hearts "even though I am not sincere, but I am sincere." This is an affirmation of how we make peace with our own negativity. It's not easy, right, but when we are at a good stage of awareness then it is not difficult to do. Because at this time on social media such as Facebook, Instagram and others, many of us comment on news with emotion, sometimes arguing roughly insulting each other, sometimes leading to legal cases. This is the importance we need to filter the news, the more we see positive news, the more our behavior will lead to positive things and we can easily forgive and apologize. However, if we often see negative news or things, it brings us into an overflow of emotions, excessive anxiety, and it's easy for us to get emotional with the people around us, even though it's only a minor problem or just misunderstanding.
